Léonie André is an architect and a visual artist based in France.

As an architect, her interest is growing in the questions of reuse and bio-based materials.
She studied at the ENSA Paris-Belleville and at the FAU-USP. During her studies she lived 3 years in Brazil. There, she wrote an academic research work on the issues of tourism favelas in Rio de Janeiro. She worked in Sao Paulo in TETO association which build emergency habitats for the most vulnerable populations in South America and, she worked as a translator at the international Institute for the City in Motion (IVM).
After her graduation she was formed for reuse in architecture, for construction in straw and construction in raw earth. She also trained as a BIM designer. She recently collaborated with the agency RVA which works mainly in projects of rehabilitation of social housing in France. She is currently writing a thesis on insurance and the practice of reuse in architecture in France.
As a visual artist she tries to highlifht the role and the work of women in the art world.
She essentially loves painting and using digital drawing techniques.
